The project comprised the construction of a two-storey house consisting of multiple aspect living spaces and five bedrooms with en suite showers/ bathroom.

Extensive landscape works include the creation of a new driveway, a graveled courtyard with yew hedging, a formal lawn framed with granite on the footprint of the original house, and raised vegetable beds.
